Our bespoke systems

Having pre-agreed a pricing structure with you and at your request, we visit the location requested to assess the damage and provide you with an estimate including supporting images, directly to your inbox in real-time.

All pricing is in line with an agreed pricing matrix, putting you in full control. With the estimate reviewed and upon your approval, repairs can be carried out same-day leaving no mess or debris at the location.

For EOC vehicles, we can provide you with a vehicle inspection appraisal including images, location and date. These provide a ‘snap shot’ of vehicle condition and confirm either no damage or include advisories and costs for any damage deemed beyond FW&T as determined by you, the BVRLA or your leasing company.

On completion of repairs and with an acceptance inspection completed, you receive the respective invoice in real-time directly to your inbox. All invoices include a signature of quality approval and can even include images of the repaired items too.

We can provide comprehensive management reporting and tracker documents for Fleet Managers and central administration as and where needed.
